• AI knowledge base construction

• AI integration for IoT systems

The scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing for specific engagements are governed by separate written agreements (such as a Statement of Work or Service Agreement) entered into by both parties.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

6. Payment & Engagements

Any paid engagement with Visionbyte Technologies is subject to the terms of the applicable project agreement or Statement of Work. Unless stated otherwise:

• Invoices are payable within the timeframe specified in the agreement
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges as stated in the agreement
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• Deposits or milestone payments may be required before work commences
• Refund policies are defined on a per-engagement basis in the project agreement

7. Confidentiality

Any proprietary or confidential information shared between you and Visionbyte Technologies during an engagement will be handled in accordance with the confidentiality provisions outlined in the applicable project agreement or a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Visionbyte Technologies will not disclose your confidential information to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to deliver the contracted services.
