To use software specifically for your business you need to get permission from VisionByte. Only the authorized person can use the software, and design in case of modification you can contact us directly. You have no right to sell our designs, code, and software without our permission.

Our software/development services are only meant for your business purposes. You are not allowed to:

Some software services and features need maintenance and upgradation. This may include original purchases and subscription fees of required tools. In that case, you are bound to pay the subscription fee. Keeping your software up to date ensures it runs smoothly.

We commit to protecting your data and information that you give to us to avail our services as per law unless required by legal authorities.

Certain projects involve API and third-party tool integration for business purposes. We are not responsible for how these external services operate. We are only responsible for integrating such services as per your business needs if they cause issues in the future then we are not responsible for that.

You are responsible for giving us clear and concise requirements related to your business needs. Unclear and ambiguous requirements may lead to faulty execution and wastage of time. You are responsible for giving feedback timely as delay may result in extra charges

In case of cancellation of the project or service termination from either party (VisionByte or You), the charges must be paid for the work completed at that point. After termination of service, you have no right to use our material without our permission.

VisionByte will not be held responsible for any issues arising from unauthorized changes to our software or user errors. We also cannot be liable for any software malfunctions caused by third-party providers. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the software or service in the last 30 days before any issue arose.

VisionByte is not responsible for any unauthorized or suspicious activity that occurs during or after the project because of third-party integration required to fulfill business goals. Our liabilities are only limited to the services you have paid for in the last 30 days before any issue occurs.

VisionByte has the authority to uodate the terms and conditions from time to time and also responsible to notify you by updating this on our website. It’s your responsibility to periodically check them
